Vintage 1950s Hercules US Navy naval peacoat made in the USA — a small in heavyweight Melton wool from the Korean War era of American military production. Navy peacoats from this decade are among the finest examples of American military outerwear ever made: the Melton wool is dense and wind-resistant, the double-breasted silhouette is timeless, and Hercules was one of the most respected contract manufacturers for the US military.
