His abstract works are innovative in eliinating explicit references to the the human figure and in abandoning the use of pedestals and bases. Most impactful and revolutionary, though, was his making sculpture out of welded steel. He lived on the East Coast and was a contemporary of the Abstract Expressionists. LACMA survey

Testimonials

I've purchased vintage goods from all over the world, and I'm constantly pleasantly surprised by the care taken in the presentation and products that I order from Mask Santa Fe.

My order came packaged wonderfully and I'm extremely happy with the garments that I found on the website for a fantastic price compared to Vintage shops here in NYC.
